Pinto Construction Group completed the structural framing of the library’s circular oculus skylight, a defining architectural feature of the building. The team also handled interior light-gauge metal framing across multiple levels, supporting drywall installation and mechanical systems integration. The project was part of a larger city initiative to deliver a modern, community-focused library in the heart of Chinatown.
